Phoenix police Saturday arrested Riley on two counts of first-degree sodomy, six counts of first-degree sexual abuse, three counts of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and first-degree kidnapping. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Saturday on $12 million bail. Drugs — Ronald Truman Baldwin, 44, of the 300 block of Boardman Street, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Baldwin on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Krystal Rose White, 21, no known street address, Medford. Jacksonville police Saturday arrested White on charges of possession of methamphetamine, giving false information to police and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. u Drugs — Carolyn Ann Morgan, 52, of the 1100 block of Foots Creek Road, Gold Hill. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Saturday arrested Morgan on a charge of possession of heroin. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Saturday on $12,000 bail. u Auto theft — Steven Richard Nagel, 18, of the 8700 block of Yank Gulch Road, Talent. A sheriff's deputy Saturday arrested Nagel on a charge of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $5,000 bail. Assault — Richard Eric Jacobson, 37, of the 200 block of North Pacific Highway, Talent. Talent police Saturday arrested Jacobson on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $32,000 bail. Assault — Clint Allen Thomas, 33, of the 3100 block of View Circle, Central Point. A sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Thomas on charges of fourth-degree felony assault and menacing. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
