Medford police Monday arrested Manninen on charges of possession of methamphetamine and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Christian Lee Nelson, 21, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Nelson on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous rape conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Destany Marie Reynolds, 23, of the 1100 block of Char Way, Medford. Reynolds made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and third-degree theft. She was booked Monday in jail and released. Forgery — Jessica Lyn Jacobus, 25, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Jacobus made her initial court appearance Monday on charges of first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. She was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Weston Shortjay, 40, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Shortjay on charges of possession of methamphetamine and warrants for failing to appear on two previous drug cases. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — LaVaughan Ross Foster, 55, no known address. Phoenix police Sunday arrested Foster on warrants charging him with possession of methamphetamine and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Kerry Jeramy Wipf, 36, of the 100 block of Arrowhead Pass, Jacksonville. Medford police Monday arrested Wipf on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole on a first-degree sodomy charge as well as failing to appear on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Burglary — Dale Wade Wilson, 34, of the 1200 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. Wilson made his initial appearance Monday in court on charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree robbery, fourth-degree assault and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Fugitive — Troy Victor Simmons, 26, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Simmons on a fugitive warrant out of Florida. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Jonathan Cayetano Zavala, 27, of the 2300 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Zavala on charges of possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree trespass. He was lodged Monday in jail on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Christian Zaragosa-Parra, 24, of the 200 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Zaragosa-Parra on charges of possession of heroin, interfering with a police report and for violating the conditions of his probation from a previous heroin-possession conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.
