Emergency services, Sept. 19 Monday Sep 18, 2017 at 8:44 PM Felony arrests Drugs — Joshua Lee Brewer, 29, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Brewer on a charge of possession of heroin and warrants for failing to appear on previous drug cases. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $30,000 bail. Assault — Nicole Loreen Gairson, 44, of the 2700 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Gairson made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. She was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Sabrina Ann Moreno, 28, of the 1800 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Moreno on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Jeffrey Alan Connors, 44, of the 600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Ashland. Connors made his initial court appearance Monday on one count of first-degree theft, two counts of second-degree theft, one count of third-degree theft and eight counts of negotiating a bad check. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Theft — Deidra Jean Litchfield, 56, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Litchfield on a charge of first-degree theft and for failing to appear on a drug charge. She was lodged Monday in jail on $12,500.
