Phoenix I-5 off-ramp opening now set for Friday Comment By Local report MailTribune.com By Local report Posted Jul. 21, 2016 at 10:21 AM By Local report Posted Jul. 21, 2016 at 10:21 AM » Social News Plans to open the Interstate 5 northbound off-ramp at Phoenix have been delayed slightly, but the Oregon Department of Transportation now says the reopening is planned for Friday. ODOT had previously said the contractor planned to open off-ramp Wednesday, but some detail work, including installation of business and attraction signs, led to the delay. Once the off-ramp is opened, the temporary ramp will close. At that time, the speed limit for I-5 in the project area will be raised back to 65 mph.
