Emergency services, Dec. 23 Dec 23, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Mail theft — Derrik Ryan Miller, 30, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Miller Tuesday on eight counts of mail theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Mail theft — Breanna Claudette Peaslee, 35, of the 1200 block of Progress Drive, Medford. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Peaslee Tuesday on eight counts of mail theft. She was booked in jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Markell Cody Bernard, 31, of the 1500 block of West Main Street, Medford. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Markell Wednesday on warrants charging him with manufacturing, delivering and felony possessing a Schedule II controlled substance. He was booked in jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.
