FINAL AD CHECKLIST Please use the checklist below to help you make sure that all contest requirements have been met. Entries that do not follow specifications must be disqualified. __ The student ad is on an ad contest layout sheet. __ All art work and copy are within the borders. Freehand ads are done in black ink. Computer ads are printed using a laser printer. __ The ad contains the information given on the advertiser�s specification sheet. __ Each contest form has the completed student/class information written clearly . Be sure the student�s full name and the teacher�s full name are on the contest form. We want to give you both full credit.
