Brown began his career with Pacific Retirement Services in 1978, holding various positions at PRS-affiliated communities in Portland, Medford and Saratoga, Calif. In 2000, Brown headed the start-up effort and construction of the University Retirement Community in Davis, Calif., and was executive director until August 2001. Brown oversaw and managed over $1 billion of expansion, renovations, and ground-up development for projects, all of which were delivered on time and on budget. Brown will oversee four senior living and memory care projects in Northern California: SummerPlace Lincoln, 25 miles northeast of Sacramento; SummerPlace Citrus Heights, about 10 miles from Sacramento's business district; SummerPlace Kern Canyon in Stockton, Calif.; and SummerPlace Westgate in Sacramento Daniel Bunn and Jonathan Bilden have joined the ACCESS Board. Bunn is president of the Medford City Council, representing Ward 4. He is involved in the community serving on the Randall Theatre Company board of directors and is a member Trinity Episcopal Church in Ashland. Bunn is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a B.A. in economics and political science and is pursuing an MBA. Bilden has been a member of the League of Oregon Cities and Oregon School Boards Association boards. He is a member of Eagle Point City Council, Eagle Point School Board, Governor’s Regional Solutions Council, SOREDI Board and Upper Rogue Rotary Club.
