Photo by Steve Johnson Shave, mister? Stylist Jimy Angel cuts Jesse Ruiz's hair Monday in the Jackson Elementary School gym. The second-grader was among nearly 100 Jackson students who took advantage of an offer of $1 haircuts by Angel and a half dozen other stylists he employs at Salon Vivid in Medford. Many of the students posed for portraits afterward. Angel is a Jackson alumnus, and the money raised Monday will help support the school's sixth-grade outdoor education program in the spring.
