Ashland reschedules strategic plan meetings ASHLAND -- A schedule for neighborhood meetings intended to help shape the city's strategic plan has changed. The new locations and dates are: Lincoln Elementary School -- Oct. 7 Bellview Elementary School -- Oct. 14 Briscoe Elementary School -- Oct. 28 All meetings are from 7 to 9 p.m. The meetings give city residents an opportunity to talk informally with elected officials and city staff about what direction the city should take.
