BRONCH'IAL, adjective [Gr. the wind-pipe.] Belong to the bronchia, or ramifications of the wind-pipe in the lungs. The bronchial arteries are branches of the superior descending aorta accompanying the bronchia, or branches of the trachea. Bronchial glands, glands at the division of the bronchia.
