DISEMBOGUE, verb transitive [See Voice.] To pour out or discharge at the mouth, as a stream; to vent; to discharge into the ocean or a lake. Rolling down, the steep Timavus raves, and through nine channels disembogues his waves. DISEMBOGUE, verb intransitive 1. To flow out at the mouth, as a river; to discharge waters into the ocean, or into a lake. Innumerable rivers disembogue into the ocean. 2. To pass out of a gulf or bay.
