Thanks NM but as of now I should be able to make this interview. It's likely I will not be testifying until
Tuesday for my trial and they will not have me at counsel table on Monday. If anything changes I'll let you
know.

Following up on the below, can we confirm for Monday? We're very sensitive to scheduling challenges
but it's now just a few days away. If we're not able to confirm today, please let us know another date
(or dates) later this month or next that we can put on the calendar more firmly.
thanks,

if you can make an attorney available to accompany her.
We will be travelling for work-related matters earl next week, so we are not available on the dates
you proposed. Would it be possible to meet wit n the morning of 9/6?

Hello
My apologies but I am not able to arrange something for today or tomorrow due to a bunch of
scheduling conflicts. I believeMs set to fly out on Monday. I am assuming you guys are going
to be closed Monday for labor day correct? I know it is not ideal but I can also try to set up something
via video conferencing wher ? Alternatively I could see if she could stay
until Tuesday and I can fly up and try to do something uesday?
As fo o you have availability on Wednesday? I have a hearing with Judge Preska in the
morning at 9:00 about the docum e issues and I am not clear how long
that will last but I could do something afterward wit Or if that does not work we can pick a
different date/time?
Sony the scheduling of this is a bit crazy. I am also dealing with a hurricane threat in Florida so this
all depends on me being able to get out by flight on Tuesday morning.
Best,
