Greetings 5
Attached is a copy of the label - with the date, time and signature - for the first Pace clock package. As per my
brief conversation with you this afternoon:
I. Met Angel (Rush It courier) - he had the attached copy in hand - the numbers are me trying to figure out the
size of the box.
2. Came to FTC to show him where the package should have been delivered.
3. Went to Sussman's office (Trust Asset) - spoke with 3 of his employees - who confirmed that they had not seen
Angel or received a package in November 2012 or any other time fitting the description/label that Angel
described and presented to them.
4. Went downstairs to Red Hook Dive Center - met Wayne Brandt - who then told me that he did receive the
package - he did sign for it - and he then later on gave it to Tommy - Donald Sussman's "right hand man".
5. - I called you from the store and briefly told you about Sussman
6. Left the store - called Trust Asset - asked them if they know Tommy - they do - asked them to call and inquire
please - they did - per Tommy - the package he received from Wayne belongs to Sussman -'M ordered it" -
he did not know of any other package.
7. I am officially completely at a loss as to what to do next - if anything - so all suggestions are welcome - but
only one directive will count at the end of the day - what does JE want to do?
