The Schwab Foundation for Social
Entrepreneurship was established in 1998 as the
foremost global community of pioneering social
innovators driving systemic change. It believes in
the power of these committed leaders to create
systemic change and drive the transition to a
stakeholder economy. It aims to accelerate social
innovation for a more equitable, sustainable and
inclusive world by providing a global platform to
recognize, promote and advance proven social
innovation solutions.
Each year, the foundation selects a cohort of
exceptional moral leaders of the most impactful

driving economic inclusion and participation and
environmental sustainability. In January 2025, the

sectors. These leaders receive tailored support
and benefit through peer networking, global
