Table 3 summarizes stakeholder participation
across cities during the two fieldwork processes
(explorative and validation).
This collaborative, co-designed approach ensured
that the research remained both context-aware and systems-informed. It helped reveal common
enablers and constraints among cities, and it
identified areas where targeted interventions could
strengthen the enabling environment for urban
water innovation.
