He fled the scene but returned to the pub Thursday and was arrested and taken to the Jackson County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer. He also violated his probation. 4:34 p.m. Thursday - A 22-year-old transient man was cited and released for drinking in public in Lithia Park. 7:57 a.m. Thursday - A three-car crash occurred at the intersection of North Main and Hersey streets. All three vehicles sustained damage. 7:44 p.m. Wednesday - A 29-year-old male transient was cited and released for having an open container in Lithia Park.
