--> --> Halloween parade time Ashland Daily Tidings The annual Ashland's Children Halloween Parade on Wednesday will likely take place under showery conditions, with high temperatures in the upper-50s. Kids in costumes are asked to gather at the Ashland Public Library at Gresham Street and Siskiyou Boulevard by 3:15 p.m. before heading down Main Street to invade participating downtown stores for treats.
