When she showed up for the workshop, she was shocked at the turnout. Photo by Denise Baratta | Ashland Daily Tidings "I came down to the foyer about 15 minutes before I was scheduled to present," she said. "I came down the hallway and around the corner and I saw two lines going around the whole area. I thought there must be something interesting going on. Then it dawned on me they were there to see me. I had about 500 people turn out." Robinson, born and raised in Australia and now living in Ashland for the past year, is an author, international speaker, gifted psychic healer, and professional intuitive consultant practicing internationally. She is currently working with individuals while offering self-awareness seminars and workshops worldwide. "I share in my seminars stories of people who have healed spontaneously from cancer," she said. "And I have had people who have had internal growths or scarring disappear. I can work with people who are medically unwell or stuck in their career or life." Robinson said explaining what she does is more difficult than actually practicing what she does. "It is very challenging to articulate because the uniqueness of my work is that a lot of people say I am a clairvoyant or a medium or I do healing," she said. "But I do all of that rolled into one. I offer therapeutic consultation for people so I can rapidly pinpoint things that are happening - not just what is happening, but the origin of that and then clear that." In a demonstration, she was quickly and correctly able to get to the core of a subject's physical pain and emotional problem. She told him the origin of the pain was repression and emotional distress caused by his father. Amazingly, she was absolutely correct in her diagnosis. "What I did, I would not need to touch the person," she said. "The start of the consultation is me doing more of a diagnostic thing where I pick up what happened at this age. But it can actually span into past lives and other lifetimes or the memory of other times that have impacted upon the life they are currently living." She and her daughter Jessica love living in North America. "I actually feel more at home in North America than I have felt anywhere," she said. "I haven't felt like I have found my home yet but I feel more at home than I did in Australia." She lived outside of Toronto first, then moved to Cambridge, Mass., to live and work with Professor John Mack at Harvard University. "It was phenomenal and he took me under his wing so Jessica and I moved from Canada," she said. "He has done a lot of research on extraordinary experience." She met a couple of people she met who lived in Ashland and they encouraged her to move to Ashland. Working to create understanding, clarity and empowerment, Robinson guides her clients into an awareness of what is holding them back on a deeper level from attaining their full potential. She moves forward to treat, clear and instigate change and balance in the body, mind and spirit. Elizabeth's workshops serve both children and adults. "The uniqueness and power of my work is we can really rapidly define what the problem is," she said. "Coming from a system where you had to take 12-18 months to use therapy and moving into using all the skills that I had unveiled to me through an often traumatic psychic awakening and spiritual unfolding, I can now to rapidly pinpoint and unveil new information that makes a difference in their health, career and relationships." Elizabeth holds a bachelor's of social work degree in counseling and psychology from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. After graduating, Elizabeth spent seven years as a clinical medical social worker in hospitals and specialist clinics on the east and west coasts of Australia. She released her first book in 1998, "Secrets, Truth and Destiny," which details the moving and evocative true story of Elizabeth's transformative spiritual journey. She is currently working on a new book based on a real-life experience. "I had a little 18-year-old girl who was a client of mine," she said. "After a couple of sessions with me, she was very excited. I was the first person she had worked with that introduced a whole new deeper meaning to her life. "I received a phone call within three days of the final session I had with her, totally unexpectedly, she shot herself and killed herself. I was completely devastated. But within a day, I got into bed and she was next to the bed. She said, 'I want you to give mom a message,' which I did. She is so much more vivacious in spirit than I knew her to be. She asked me to write a book. She wants to be a voice from spirit."
