Main St., Ashland. Kimco, a homeless man who lived in Ashland the last seven years, is believed to have been 47 years old when he died in April of "addiction" while camping in the area, according to Leigh Madsen of the Ashland Resource Center. He added that that Kimco was "well-loved" by the local community. Kimco's family is from the Reno, Calif., area, Madsen said.
