Rev. . Daniel Beteta will officiate. Mrs. Wallace, 91, of Grants Pass, formerly of Ashland, died Monday (March 15, 2004) at Highland Care Center, Grants Pass. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. Verna was born on May 6, 1912, in Bandon, OR, to Hans and Leila (Perry) Adams. She moved to Ashland in 1941 and then in recent years to Grants Pass. She married Charles Bruce Wallace June 7, 1940 in Bandon who preceded her in death in 1997. Verna was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include a son, Gary Wallace of Grants Pass; a sister Melda Holmgreen of Eastside, OR; two brothers, Don Goddard of Bandon, Frank Adams of Chestertown, MD; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.She was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna in 1977.
