The forums are set to run at least twice per week and programming schedules are available on rvtv.sou.edu . Roku users can view the forums on-demand on the RVTV channel through PEG.tv. The forums also are available online at RVTV's website , and www.ashlandchamber.com . Ballots for the Nov. 4 elections will be mailed out Friday, Oct. 17. Ashland's ballot drop site is located in the alley behind the library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd., and is open from the day that ballots are mailed out until 8 p.m. on election day.
