--> Realtors tap Elbert for award Ashland Daily Tidings The Rogue Valley Association of Realtors has named Valerie Elbert of Van Horn Real Estate as its 2002 Realtor of the Year. Elbert, of Medford, has worked in real estate for close to 20 years, and has served as a managing broker for the past seven years. Elbert has also served on the Board of Directors of the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors since 1995 and was elected and served as President for the year 2000. The Realtor of the Year Award is given annually by the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors to commemorate honesty and integrity in business, high ethical standards, and professionalism.
