--> --> Prisoners sue over hepatitis treatment PORTLAND - Eleven Oregon State Penitentiary inmates sued the Department of Corrections on Thursday, claiming they aren't getting the proper testing and treatment for hepatitis C, a sometimes fatal liver disease.
