The three were stopped on North Main Street. 1:35 p.m. Wednesday - 48-year-old Ashland man arrested in Lithia Park for assault and disorderly conduct after punching and kicking another man. 1:51 a.m. Wednesday - Ashland man cited for prohibited camping on Peachey Road. He also was cited after it was discovered he had three outstanding City of Ashland warrants.
