Sunday 5:03 p.m. — Juvenile stole tip jar with $10 in it from Cosmic Pizza, 100 block of A Street. Saturday 11:31 p.m. — Two vehicles drove away without paying for gasoline at Arco, 2300 block of Ashland Street. A Budget rental vehicle and a blue Cadillac, which were associated with one another, stole $69.81 worth of fuel. Saturday 9 p.m. — Ashland man, 47, cited for DUII, East Main and Fordyce streets. Saturday 6:50 p.m. — Ashland man, 53, cited for stealing 12 16-ounce cans of Busch beer from Market of Choice, 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. The man was also cited for possession of marijuana. Saturday 4:22 p.m. — Graffiti found on slide and railing in a neighborhood park, Poplar Place and Patterson Street. Saturday 2:11 p.m. — Ashland man, 47, cited for DUII, hit and run to property and driving while suspended in the Rite Aid parking lot, 2300 block of Ashland Street. Saturday morning — Damage to the “police” sign at the entrance to the police department parking lot, 1100 block of East Main Street. The vandalism occurred overnight. Saturday 3:29 a.m. — Talent man, 19, arrested for DUII, Terra Avenue and Nezla Street. Saturday 1:30 a.m. — Boy cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol, 100 block of Lincoln Street. Friday 6:52 p.m. — Man too intoxicated to care for himself, Triangle Park. The man was taken to Medford detox. Friday 4:25 p.m. — Ashland man, 19, cited for stealing batteries and a large Sharpie marker from Bi-Mart, 2200 block of Ashland Street. Friday 1:08 p.m. — Boy cited for stealing a car air freshener and a protein bar from Bi-Mart, 2200 block of Ashland Street. Friday noon — Ashland man, 62, cited for driving while suspended on the Plaza. The man suffered a seizure, lost control of his 1994 Cadillac and drove the vehicle into the grassy area of the Plaza. He was taken to Ashland Community Hospital. Aug. 6 — Green pull cart stolen from Calle Guanajuato near Pilaf restaurant. The theft occurred between July 31 and Aug. 6. Aug. 4, 11:12 p.m. — CD burner and amp stolen, 200 block of North Main Street. July 24, 11:18 p.m. — Man taken to Medford detox from Ashland Community Hospital. Talent Police Saturday 11:23 p.m. — Medford man, 30, arrested for DUII, Creole Road and Lithia Way. The man also had a warrant out for his arrest and was taken to Jackson County Jail Jackson County Fire Dist. 5 Sunday 9:39 p.m. — Fatal car accident, North Phoenix and Fern Valley roads.
