--> --> Woman hurt in highway crash Ashland Daily Tidings An Ashland woman was injured in a motor vehicle crash on Highway 238 near Ruch. Cynthia Alvarado, 45, was driving west on Highway 238 when her vehicle was hit head-on by a pick-up driven by Gary Lisman, 60, of Applegate. Lisman crossed the centerline for an unknown reason before striking Alvarado's' car, according to the Oregon State Police. Lisman was taken to providence Hospital in Medford with serious injuries while Alvarado was treated and released. There is no indication alcohol played a part in the accident, and the investigation is continuing. Email your...
