--> Exec classes at TransCom Ashland-based TransCom Institute, a non-profit organization, recently announced three new professional executive coaching certification classes will begin on January 25th, 2002. The classes are designed for the novice through experienced coach, executive, manager, employee or other professional who wishes to be trained in the advanced art of leadership using the coaching process. The first two levels of certification focus on skills needed for coaching within an organization as an employee, manager, or executive. The third level includes skills required for a consulting practice. Southern Oregon University credits are available.
