Police reports, March 29-30 Thursday Mar 30, 2017 at 5:16 PM Mar 30, 2017 at 5:16 PM Local report Wednesday, 12:44 a.m. — Police arrested a woman in the 2500 block of Ashland Street on a detention warrant and resisting arrest. Wednesday, 1:19 p.m. — Police investigated the theft of a bicycle in the 100 block of Walker Avenue. Wednesday, 1:40 p.m. — Police cited a man at the intersection of North Pioneer Street and Lithia Way for public marijuana use.  Wednesday, 5:22 p.m. — A subject stop in the first block of North Second Street led to a persistent violation summons. Wednesday, 5:37 p.m. — Police issued a "persistent violation complaint" to a man at the intersection of Water and B streets. Thursday, 5:06 a.m. — Police investigated a burglary at a business in the first block of Calle Guanajuato.
