    Bubbles is back! Bubbles the Clown, Alicia Bonnet, of Bubbles Singing Telegrams and Clown Shows, will be on hand to entertain children and their parents from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11 at the at the Lithia Fountain and Grill at 303 East Main in Ashland. The restaurant has been hosting this magical event on the second Tuesday of each month since it opened last April. Bubbles will be finding homes for orphan balloon animals, singing silly songs and telling stories. All ages are welcome. For more information, call 488-0179.
