Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. — Found property was returned to its owner in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Tuesday, 1:30 p.m. — Property was found in the 1500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Tuesday, 1:57 p.m. — Police responded to a report of rape in the 900 block of Hillview Drive. Tuesday, 3:06 p.m. — A 38-year-old man was cited on a misdemeanor warrant on a charge of third-degree theft during a traffic stop in the area of Ashland and Washington streets. He was cited and released. Tuesday, 8:12 p.m. — A theft from a residence was reported in the first block of Morton Street. Wednesday, 12:33 a.m. — A 39-year-old man was arrested on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct in the area of East Main and North First streets.
