--> --> Miss America finds another parade PHILADELPHIA - Miss America 2002 Katie Harman has a Thanksgiving Day date, after all. Harman, who was left out of plans for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade in New York, will participate in the 6ABC/Boscov's Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philadelphia, organizers said Monday. Harman, 21, of Gresham will sing "America, the Beautiful" during the broadcast, said Dave Davis, president of WPVI-TV, which is Channel 6 in Philadelphia. "Miss America is such a recognizable symbol of our great country. We are extremely happy to have Miss Harman join us in this important year." Harman expressed disappointment last week after Macy's officials said they had invited Miss Universe Denise Quinones to participate in the New York parade instead of her. Traditionally, Miss America winners have ridden in the New York parade. Email your...
