A fourth man was cited for minor in possession of alcohol. Tuesday 10:23 p.m. - Transient, 47, cited for trespassing, 2300 block of Ashland Street. He was found sleeping in Suds UR Duds after business hours. Tuesday 4:57 p.m. - Theft of a PlayStation 2 and accessories valued at $124, and $10 cash, 100 block of Alida Street. The theft occurred between March 18 and 27. Tuesday 12:23 p.m. - Transient man menaced church members who had been pastoring to him in the "Upper Room," the annex of the Ashland Christian Fellowship, 00 block of East Hersey Street. The incident occurred at 6:45 a.m. on March 23. Oregon State Police Wednesday 1 a.m. - Grants Pass man, 38, cited for felon in possession of a restricted weapon at the Suncrest Rest Area on Interstate 5 southbound just north of Talent. He had brass knuckles in his vehicle. Monday midnight - A Pontiac driven by a San Pablo, Calif., man, 38, moved into the right lane of Interstate 5 northbound near milepost 20 to pass, causing a collision with a pickup. The pickup did not stop; there were no injuries. Sunday 9 a.m. - An Acura Integra driven by a Portland man, 26, lost control on a right-hand turn near milepost 7 on Interstate 5 northbound. The vehicle struck a barrier; there were no injuries or citations.
