Ashland Police and Fire 2 a.m. Saturday - Ashland male, 18, found outside residence with his arm through a window screen, 400 block Laurel Street. Subject attempted to elude officers and was cited and released to his father upon capture. 1:03 a.m. Saturday - Juvenile male arrested for DUII, minor in possession of alcohol, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school at Iowa and Main streets. Subject initially contacted for parking on curb. 11:53 p.m. Friday - La Center, Wash. male, 19, arrested for DUII after traffic stop, Lincon and Iowa streets. Subject cited and released to sober adult.. 11:25 p.m. Friday - Medford male, 33, cited and released for DUII at Lithia Way and Third Street after property damage accident at business, 400 block East Main Street. 11:24 p.m. Friday - Blond Labrador mix dog with purple fabric collar transported from Oak and Nevada streets to Jackson County Animal Control. 11 p.m. Friday - Marijuana pipe confiscated from unknown male, Iowa and California streets. 11 p.m. Friday - Ashland male, 21, arrested for disorderly conduct after fighting with another person in the middle of Wightman Avenue near Iowa Street. Lodged in Jackson County Jail. 10:22 p.m. Friday - Ashland male, 27, arrested for possession and detonation of illegal fireworks and homemade bombs in a crowd of people at Walker Elementary School. Subject lodged in Jackson County Jail. 7:30 p.m. Friday - Car key confiscated from Portland, Ore. male, 30, who had passed out intoxicated in passenger seat of vehicle, East Main Street and Lithia Way. 5:32 p.m. Friday - Ashland male, 48, arrested for DUII after a traffic stop, East Main and Lincoln streets. 3:17 a.m. Friday - Adult male fount too intoxicated to care for self at Church and North Main streets; transported to detox. 2:35 a.m. Friday - Palmdale, Calif. male, 41, arrested for DUII after traffic stop, East Main and Gresham streets. 12:35 a.m. Friday - Ashland male, 34, arrested for DUII after traffic stop, Ashland Street and Walker Avenue. 10:12 p.m. Thursday - Transient male, 29, arrested on two Ashland Municipal Court warrants and a federal warrant after a fireworks complaint, 100 block Garfield Street. Subject lodged in Jackson County Jail. 10:11 p.m. Thursday - Adult found too intoxicated to care for two juveniles at residence, 500 block Granite Street. Juveniles transported to Ashland Police Department where family members took custody of them. 8:15 p.m. Thursday - Transient male, 43, attacked male juvenile, Third and C streets; subject arrested and lodged in Jackson County Jail. 7:59 p.m. Thursday - Transient male arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop, Highway 66 and Oak Hill Circle. 2:44 p.m. Thursday - Male Labrador-chow mix dog transported from 600 block Granite Street to Jackson County Animal Control. 10:45 a.m. Thursday - Two marijuana plants confiscated, 1000 block Tolman Creek Road. Overnight, Wednesday to Thursday - Unknown person or persons entered business, 200 block Hersey Street, and stole $740 petty cash. Ashland Fire and Rescue 12:30 a.m. Saturday - Confiscation of explosive device other than fireworks, 30 block North Main Street. 12:13 a.m. Saturday - Small grass fire, 200 block Mountain Avenue. 11:49 p.m. Friday - Trash can fire, 300 block Walker Avenue. 11:20 p.m. Friday - Small brush fire near railroad tracks below Fifth Street. 11:05 p.m. Friday - Brush pile fire, 300 block Walker Avenue. 10:41 p.m. Friday - Small grass fire, Ashland and Stadium streets. 10:19 p.m. Friday - Grass fire near structures and commercial building, between 500 block Clover Lane and 600 block Spring Street. 8:05 p.m. Friday - Small grass fire, 800 block Twin Pines Circle. 7:48 p.m. Friday - Small grass fire, 400 block Drager Street. 7 p.m. Friday - Small grass fire, 70 block Nevada Street.
