Damage estimated at $1,500. 2:35 p.m. Thursday - A man was observed taking an Apple PowerBook valued at $400 from an office at the Southern Oregon University Arts Building. Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the subject. 10:36 a.m. Thursday - Ashland man, 21, arrested for failure to make a change of address as a sex offender within 10 days. He was taken to the Jackson County Jail in Medford.
