When the officer attempted to make contact, the man fled by foot. On Oak Street, officers found the man, who tried to flee again and was apprehended. The man was arrested for offensive littering and interfering with a police officer. o 5:06 p.m. Wednesday - An officer observed six people in a circle in an out-of-the-way part of Lithia Park. He observed a female juvenile passing around a marijuana cigarette. She was cited for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana.
