Thursday 11:30 p.m. - An adult and a minor were cited for possession of alcohol on the plaza. Thursday - Police reported that a water fountain on the plaza was damaged. Friday 12:01 p.m. - Four juveniles — two girls and two boys — were confirmed to be runaways from Reno, Nev. when they were pulled over at the corner of North Main Street and Highway 99. They were brought to the Jackson County Juvenile Hall. Friday 4:51 a.m. - A man was taken from the corner of Whitman and Quincy to the detox center after police considered him to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
