By Daily Tidings staff report September 02. 2015 12:14PM Police Reports Tuesday, 10:54 a.m. — An abandoned vehicle was impounded in the area of Merrill Circle and Guthrie Street. Tuesday, 1:08 p.m. — Property was found in the area of South Mountain Avenue and Siskiyou Boulevard. Tuesday, 2:58 p.m. — Two juveniles were cited on a charge of skateboarding without a helmet in the 200 block of Water Street. Tuesday, 2:59 p.m. — A 43-year-old man was cited on a charge of drinking in public in the first block of West Hersey Street. Tuesday, 5:20 p.m. — A 25-year-old man was cited on a charge of marijuana use in public.
