She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Monday, 9:39 a.m. — Police arrested a 22-year-old on a vandalism charge in the 100 block of Lithia Way for kicking a vehicle. Monday, 10:24 a.m. — An abandoned vehicle in the 100 block of Ohio Street was towed. Monday, 1:43 p.m. — Police responded to a theft in the 100 block of Lithia Way. Monday, 4:43 p.m. — Police cited a 46-year-old man for drinking in public in the first block of Winburn Way. Monday, 5:01 p.m. — Police cited a 32-year-old woman for using marijuana in public at the intersection of Granite and North Main streets.
