Friday, 7:59 a.m. – Ashland police arrested a man for alleged possession of methamphetamine in the 100 block of Maple Street. He was lodged at jail. Friday, 8:29 a.m. – Ashland police responded to a “theft of packages” call from the Ashlander apartments and discovered three individuals’ packages in the 2200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Friday, 8:29 a.m. – Ashland police responded to a package theft call in the 1500 block of Lilac Circle. Friday, 8:53 a.m. – Ashland police took a burglary report at Natures Pet Market. The subject smashed the rear glass door, then stole cash from the store. Friday, 9:33 a.m. – Ashland police responded to a package theft call in the 1500 block of Lilac Circle. Friday, 9:45 a.m. – Ashland police responded to a package theft call in the 700 block of Walker Avenue. Friday, 11:52 a.m. – Ashland police took a report of mail theft in the 1600 block of Peachey Road. Friday, 2:15 p.m. – Ashland police cited a man for an alleged open container in the first block of Water Street. Friday, 4:22 p.m. – Ashland police responded to the theft of a ladder in the 1600 block of Ashland Street. Friday, 4:22 p.m. – Ashland police cited a man for allegedly driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance at the corner of Bridge Street and Siskiyou Boulevard. Saturday, 12:52 a.m. – Ashland police arrested a man for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and resisting arrest in the 100 block of North First Street. Saturday, 10:56 a.m. – Ashland police and Ashland Fire and Rescue responded to a 3-vehicle collision at the intersection of Ashland Street and Walker Avenue. Saturday, 3:10 p.m. – Ashland police took a report of an alleged theft from a motor vehicle in the first block of Water Plant Road. The value of the theft was $1,500. Saturday, 3:19 p.m. – Ashland police took a report of trespass at the Ashland Food Co-Op. Saturday, 4:08 p.m. – Ashland police cited a transient man for unnecessary noise because he was yelling at the corner of Water Street and North Main Street. Saturday, 6:21 p.m. – Ashland police took a report of an alleged theft from the Minute Market. Saturday, 8:36 p.m. – Ashland police lodged a man in jail for disorderly conduct II, menacing, resisting arrest and assault on a public safety officer at the corner of Water Street and Lithia Way. Sunday, 12:56 a.m. – Ashland police arrested a woman in the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard on a warrant for failure to appear at the Ashland Municipal Court for the charge of theft III. Sunday, 9:24 a.m. – Ashland police took a report of a package theft in the 300 block of Glenn Street with a value of $250. Sunday, 12:25 p.m. – Ashland police cited a man for use of marijuana in public in the first block of Water Street.
