UPDATED: All lanes open following semi jackknife incident near Siskiyou Summit Friday Apr 28, 2017 at 7:04 AM Apr 28, 2017 at 8:48 AM UPDATED 8:46 a.m. All lanes have reopened, and the semi truck has been cleared from the roadway. 7:08 a.m. A semi truck has jackknifed on Interstate 5 just south of the Siskiyou Summit, blocking both southbound lanes of the freeway. The Oregon Department of Transportation reported the accident is at milepost 3.5. The incident was reported at about 6:30 a.m. ODOT crews are en route to clear the crash. Motorists in the area should expect delays until the vehicle is cleared. Caution should be utilized, as there are icy spots on the road, ODOT said.
