By Local report February 03. 2016 7:04PM Police reports, Feb. 2-3 Tuesday, 2:28 a.m. —  A woman was listed as a missing and endangered person in the 1600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. She was later located and transported to the Moore Center for detox. Tuesday, 5:12 a.m. —  A 35-year-old man was arrested in the 700 block of Terra Avenue on a menacing charge. Tuesday, 12:54 p.m. —  A 20-year-old man was arrested on warrants in the 1100 block of East Main Street. Wednesday, 2:16 a.m. —  Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Normal Avenue.
