Ashland Police & Fire 2:19 a.m. Thursday - DUII, Hwy 99 and Valley View, traffic stop on vehicle for violation, driver showed signs of alcohol intoxication, consented to test and failed, was arrested, cited and released to a sober adult. 12:09 a.m. Wednesday - Theft three, possession, Southern Oregon University Hawthorne Hall, male cited and released charged with possession and theft of a bag of Fritos. 1:29 p.m. Wednesday - Aggravated theft, possession, Siskiyou Boulevard and Normal Avenue, male was contacted because he was acting suspicious inside of bicycle shop, received consent to search his vehicle, contained marijuana and five stolen bikes valued at $12,000, bikes were stolen from locations throughout Oregon. 10:28 p.m. Wednesday - DUII, hit-and-run, 100 block of Lincoln Street, APD dispatched to a reported hit-and-run, located suspect vehicle and attempted traffic stop, vehicle drove to a parking lot and driver attempted to flee, arrested, suspect showed signs of intoxication, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, cited and released.
