--> --> Technician on leave pending video probe SALEM (AP) - A Dallas man is on leave from a Vancouver, Wash., hospital after officials there learned he was accused of secretly videotaping Salem Hospital employees in a changing room. Southwestern Washington Medical Center was not told Eric Von Enderle, 43, was under investigation when it contacted Salem Hospital for a reference check two months ago, spokesman Ken Cole said Tuesday. Cole said Southwestern heard about the case Friday after a story appeared in the Statesman Journal. Enderle was then put on paid administrative leave, pending an investigation. Officials at the Washington hospital had not found any evidence of wrongdoing. Salem Hospital human resources vice president Mike Hagan said it was not authorized to provide any information beyond Enderle's job, pay and dates of employment unless he signed a release form. Enderle, a licensed radiologic technician, resigned as manager of Salem Hospital's angiography department after being accused in May of videotaping employees. Enderle declined Tuesday to discuss any aspect of the case except the newspaper's coverage. "You people have ruined my life with an allegation that has not been proven in a court of law, by continually reporting every move I make. There is no potential benefit for pursuing me every time I turn around," Enderle said.
