Speakers to discuss Trump challenges Friday Feb 10, 2017 at 1:51 PM Feb 10, 2017 at 1:51 PM Local report Union and Planned Parenthood representatives will speak at the next Rogue Valley New Day Network breakfast meeting about the challenges their organizations face under the Trump administration and the strategies they plan to pursue to meet those challenges. Evan Lasley of the Southern Oregon staff of the Oregon AFL/CIO and Sky Loos, director for external affairs for Planned Parenthood Ashland, are scheduled to be at the potluck breakfast meeting starting at 8 a.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at the Rogue Valley Unitarian Fellowship, 87 Fourth St. The New Day Network promotes peace, justice, and sustainability in the Rogue Valley. All are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring own utensils, plate, napkin and cup to use and food to share.
