- Subscribe - Contact Us - Rate Card - Place an Ad Valley&State Backpage O&E Sports Archives Classifieds Faith&Beliefs Obituaries Revels June 19, 2004 Ashland Police and Fire 3 p.m. Friday - An Ashland woman reported that her vehicle was struck between 8 p.m. Thursday and 3 p.m. Friday while parked in front of her residence on the 700 block of Park St. The damage was estimated at $800. 7:51 p.m. Friday - Two male juveniles were cited and released for prohibited skateboarding downtown at Winburn Way near Nutley St. Their skateboards were confiscated. 11:48 p.m. Friday - A 22-year-old male was arrested after he was stopped for crossing against a light. The man failed to stay seated and ran from the policed, disobeying several orders to stop. He was finally apprehended at the Green Man Cafe. He was charged with having outstanding warrants, DUII, interfering with a police officer, trespassing and two counts of littering. He is being lodged at the Jackson County Jail. 1:30 a.m. Saturday - A 31-year-old Talent woman and a 32-year-old Jacksonville man are being held at the Jackson County Jail following an altercation with police at the Ashland Creek Bar and Grill. The woman is charged with criminal trespass, two counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault on a police officer, three counts of harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct. The man was arrested for interfering with a police officer.
