The man failed to stay seated and ran from the policed, disobeying several orders to stop. He was finally apprehended at the Green Man Cafe. He was charged with having outstanding warrants, DUII, interfering with a police officer, trespassing and two counts of littering. He is being lodged at the Jackson County Jail. 1:30 a.m. Saturday - A 31-year-old Talent woman and a 32-year-old Jacksonville man are being held at the Jackson County Jail following an altercation with police at the Ashland Creek Bar and Grill. The woman is charged with criminal trespass, two counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault on a police officer, three counts of harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct.
