Thursday, 12:54 p.m. — A juvenile male in the 1600 block of Ashland Street reported the theft of his bicycle. Thursday, 1:29 p.m. — Police arrested a man on a warrant at the intersection of Washington Street and Jefferson Avenue. Thursday, 1:39 p.m. — Police investigated a report of theft in the 500 block of YMCA Way.  Thursday, 2:50 p.m. — Police cited a man in the first block of East Main Street for smoking marijuana in public and minor in possession of marijuana. Thursday, 4:23 p.m. — Police cited a man for violating open container laws and lacking a dog license.
