She was cited and released. 4:31 a.m. - Police responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated driver. The 34-year-old male driver admitted to driving and showed signs of impairment. He failed a field sobriety check and was arrested. He was cited and released to a sober adult. 10:23 a.m. - A female resident on Scenic Drive reported a 22-year-old male known to her had entered her home while she was gone, shredded a dress and removed her dog from the residence. When she arrived home, the subject was still in the home and grabbed the female resident by her throat, making several threats to kill her, and then punched her in the arm. The suspect is yet to be apprehended.
