The victim said she, the two year old child she was holding, and several bystanders were alarmed by her behavior. 12:21 p.m. Tuesday - Ashland man, 54, struck the fuel tank running board of a big rig turning onto Ashland Street from Walker Avenue. The impact knocked the man off his bicycle. He was transported to Ashland Community Hospital. 10:13 a.m. Tuesday - An unlocked bicycle valued at $200 was reported stolen from Ashland High School. 12:10 a.m. Tuesday - Ashland man, 21, cited for urinating in the street on Hargadine Street at First Street.
