--> --> OSP recruit's wife found dead CENTRAL POINT (AP) - The pregnant wife of an Oregon State Police recruit was found fatally shot this weekend at the couple's home. Kerry Michelle Repp, 29, was found Saturday afternoon, said Central Point Police Chief Mike Sweeny. Sweeny declined to say how or where Repp had been shot. Repp was about three months pregnant and lived with her husband, OSP recruit Gary Repp, and the couple's two children. Gary Repp and the children were away from home on a trip with other family members when the shooting happened, Sweeny said. Police do not have any suspects yet and an autopsy has not been scheduled, he said. "We haven't determined if there's even a crime at this time. We haven't been able to conclusively determine if it was a self-inflicted wound or if she was shot by another person," Sweeny said. Repp had not been assigned to police work yet, Sweeny said. KTVL-TV, a Medford television station, reported Sunday that Gary Repp was a member of the Oregon National Guard and was about to be deployed to the Sinai Peninsula as part of a peace-keeping mission.
