--> --> Ann Meierhoff Reese Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday, Feb. 9, 2002 at Litwiller-Simonsen Funeral Home in Ashland for Ann Meierhoff Reese, 94, of Ashland, who died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2002 at Ashland Community Hospital. The Rev. Anthony Schultz of Grace Lutheran Church will officiate. Mrs. Reese was born Jan. 7, 1908 in Eureka, Kan., to Perry O'Byrne and the former Elizabeth Eisman. she married Raymond Meierhoff on Nov. 9, 1928. He preceded her in death on Dec. 15, 1960. In 1965, she married Lee Reese, who preceded her in death on Dec. 21, 1965. She came to Ashland in 1969 from Desert Hot Springs, Calif. for 25 years she worked for ACCESS, Inc. Loves and Fishes as a meal site manager. Survivors include her son, Darryl Meierhoff of Ashland; two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; a son, Raymond Meierhoff Jr., preceded her in death in 1925. Two sisters also preceded her in death. Funeral arrangements are under direction of Litwiller-Simonsen Funeral Home in Ashland. Email your...
